Our Holiday Villa for rent, located in the Ovacik region of Fethiye, has an indoor heated pool where you can enjoy the pool in the cold winter months, and a cool Ovacik atmosphere that will make you breathe in the hot summer months.
Note: A short-term accommodation fee of 1,500 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum stay period.
The pool of our villa is closed during the winter months and is heated for a daily fee of 500 TL.
The sauna of our villa is operated for an extra fee of 250 TL per day.
Please inform your requests for pool and sauna heating at the time of booking. The heating must be turned on at least 3 days before the check-in day.
Villa Plan: Our luxury holiday villa with sauna has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have bathrooms, and can accommodate 6 people. There are 2 double and 2 single beds in 3 bedrooms. From the open-plan living/dining room and kitchen section, there is a swimming pool and barbecue/patio area designed to be invisible from the outside.
Our luxury holiday villa located in Ovacik has elegant design and a cool Ovacik atmosphere where you can breathe in the hot summer months. Our villa has all the tools and equipment you will need in your home, and there is no internet access.
Our villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are bathrooms, and a living/dining room with an open kitchen opening to the swimming pool. The dining table in the kitchen has a capacity of 6 people.

Although every precaution has been taken to ensure that the pool and sunbathing area of our luxury holiday villa with private pool are not visible from the outside, it cannot be guaranteed that other parts of the villa (balconies, upstairs windows, car parking spaces, some parts of the garden, etc.) are not 100% visible from the outside.
To the information of our customers: Although Ovacik is a developed settlement, it has a scattered settlement and our villas can be found in secluded areas. If you are sensitive about this issue, please inquire about the locations of the villas from our reservation department. The locations shown on the map on our website are not the locations of the villas. Regional locations are used because the navigations lead to wrong places. Original locations will be sent to you upon request.
***A deposit is taken by the landlords at the entrance to the villa as a damage guarantee. This deposit is paid in cash upon check-in. If no damage is detected in the house during the checks made by the host or his representative at the check-out, this amount is refunded to the guests. This amount is determined for each house separately. Please inform our guide or host about any damage or deficiencies that you may encounter during your entry without delay.
Important note: All our villas are regularly visited by T.C. protected from insects and pests. It is disinfected and cleaned with drugs approved by the Ministry of Health. But insects etc. in our villas in a natural environment. It could be a parasite.
